Young thai coconuts — processed, treated, fumigated, dipped in formaldehyde, but "raw" from Thailand or local oysters, garden grown tomatoes and wild blueberries eaten for 100's of years by the first people's of this area? Which is food?
Some seriously profound, life altering, destiny guiding reprograming has and is unfolding in the center of my core. The seeming solid crystalline essence of my persona has and continues to transform beyond what I ever imagined was possible.
Play the long game with me and join in on envisioning 2016 for yourself. Every 2 to 3 days I'll post a question to help you sculpt your year. While everyone else is fizzling out with their resolutions, be one of the few pouring a structurally sound foundation of focus.
Your dream relationship, your dream job, the intimacy, the geography, the money, whatever it is that you desire, it's not outside of you. It is sourced from within and to create it in form you must be willing to change who you're being, which starts with making a fucking choice, even if that choice is to not make a choice!
You see, no longer is there a ‘plan’ nor is there a concrete and definite definition to my life, at least for this moment. Instead there is creation — in the purest sense — like flowing red hot lava, screeching to a halt as it cools and forms into the black rock that life sprouts from.
Much Love to my beautiful soul sister Ruby Balthazar for this amazing interview. In it we discuss the dynamic nature of a purposeful life, living in integrity and acting with courage amidst fear. I also share some juicy deets on some of the most defining moments of my life.
I'm back in school if you didn't know. It's called life university and every single day, every single experience, every single encounter, whether it's talking to the person who rings me up at whole foods or chatting with the antisocial woman who lets me in the security gate here at my buddy's community, every encounter is a learning experience.

Commitments are fantastic, but can only come to fruition when in the container of proper conditions. To expect yourself to run a marathon for instance, because you said you would, when you're dehydrated is absolutely absurd. The problem isn't that you didn't do what you said you would do, the problem is you're dehydrated.
It’s like the more we try, the more we do, the more we attempt to power up our ship, the more in a paradoxical fashion we blow, not into our sails, but blow away, unconsciously the winds that would so effortlessly and gracefully push us forward.
As a culture we have it backwards, we believe healing begins on the physical. We attempt to treat, we attempt to manage, we attempt to address the root cause, and yet even at the deepest level, in addressing cause, what we’re doing is working from the outside in - attempting, with our best efforts to affect the physical through the physical.
This can work, but why, for so many does it not work?
In this article I intend to shed some light on how to define who you are by facing your fear(s), how to validate that definition, and how doing so can and does open the door to experiencing the greater truth of who you are.
She was liberated from her body, I could feel her lightness, and her excitement, it was my lightness and excitement. I knew she was free, I felt her freedom, it was my freedom. She was complete, she was done and she was at peace, just as I had prayed earlier in the day. I was at peace, feeling complete with her.
